New bits n bobs

Added a silly "lockpicking" minigame which isn't really lockpicking, I know:

How they work:
Most status effects now will persist after battle.
Chaos, for instance, will make you walk in the wrong direction, and slow will slow you down for the duration, dependent upon how strong the attack was, how many times it stacked in battle, etc.
